Signing marks the addition of Days Inn by Wyndham in Singapore while underscoring Worldwide Hotels’ continued investment in delivering quality stays for global travellers.

SINGAPORE (October 31, 2025) – Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, the world’s largest hotel franchising company by the number of franchised properties, and Worldwide Hotels (WWH), Singapore’s largest homegrown hotel group, have signed a franchise agreement to introduce Days Inn by Wyndham Singapore Novena, further solidifying the partnership.

The collaboration brings together Wyndham’s global scale and brand recognition with Worldwide Hotels’ strong local presence and proven track record in mid-tier hospitality.

The new 362-room hotel will be rebranded from the existing Value Hotel Thomson and is scheduled to undergo renovation beginning at the end of Q2 2026, with a planned opening in August 2026. When complete, the hotel will boast standout amenities—including a refreshed pool and deck, flexible indoor-outdoor fitness zones, and a lively all-day dining restaurant—delivering modern comfort and everyday value in a highly connected city location.

Positioned to serve leisure and business travelers as well as group segments, the property is expected to attract guests from China, India, and Southeast Asia, and beyond, further enhancing the appeal of Singapore as a world-class travel destination.
